The Indo-USA-Alliance is a consortium of business, management and financial firms throughout the world who specialize in the successful formation of cross-cultural strategic alliances, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, license agreements and technology transfers.

In the United States, the alliance is managed by Mr. Scott Romeo, founder and CEO of THE STRATEGY EXPERT®, LLC, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping clients grow from where they are today to where they want to be in the future.

In India, the alliance is managed by Mr. Suniti Varma, CEO of Pacific Consultants. Suniti is credited with helping nearly 40 major foreign countries successfully enter the Indian marketplace. 

Mr. Romeo and Mr. Varma have had a working relationship for 22 years. They and their teams and advisors come from diverse backgrounds with consulting firms and industry experience which enables them to provide the right services to help meet their clients’ changing needs. 

They are presently working on many projects between US companies and companies in India and Bangladesh, as well as government-related defense and infrastructure projects. 

The alliance also includes several other management consulting firms and financial institutions who are ready and willing to help companies with their global expansion. Indo-USA-Alliance can help arrange funding for nearly any size project in a vast number of industries.
